2) Half Kneeling Pallof Press

3) Lateral Pallof Press

This exercise is similar to the half kneeling pallof press. You need to use your lower back abdominals in it and your shoulders.

  • Make a position kneeling half in front of your cable machine.
  • You will feel the cable pulling you up sideways but you need to resist it.
  • Now you need to keep your arms fully extended.
  • Come back to the normal position.
