  3. 2 celery sticks (150 grams including leaves)
  4. 5 grams parsley
  5. 1 cm (0.5 in) ginger
  6. half a green apple
  7. 5g of lovage leaves (optional)
  8. juice of half a lemon
  9. half a teaspoon matcha green tea

While making the juice, do not add the lemon and the green tea powder. Make the juice and pour it in the jar. Squeeze the lemon with your hand into the juice. At this point, you should have 250 ml of juice. Put the lemon juice and green tea powder. Stir it well with a fork or teaspoon. You can top up with plain water according to your need and taste.
